Man Tga Fault Code.FFR 00647-10.What does it mean.My first english vlog.

Hello sir,
Ffr 0647-05. FAN CLUTCH -SHORT CIRCUIT TO EARTH. The current supply in the fan clutch is short to ground.please check the condition of fan clutch maybe jammed.or the cable harness
