I don’t rlly know what you mean, it IS centered around her beta. All of her damage comes from combos that start with her beta, it’s where her high damage will stem from. Her gamma is her main movement but I kinda like it cuz you have to choose between movement or attempting to take blood

I put a lot of value in characters truly feeling different, hawks, cementoss, tech dabi and mirio all play pretty differently. For toga to achieve that (at least for me), should be a way to differentiate from the rest to a high enough degree, and the easiest way to accomplish that without changing her kit would be by making her beta be her main battle gimmick *without combos*, in this case, by using it as a froppy alpha, but one that is primarily sideways, so that you move in a circular motion orbiting around the enemy.
Absolutely, Better for killing, better for team combos, better dps, base kit can support team. The only thing the OG toga has over her is that her gamma will be easier to land
