I enjoyed this cooking vlog Tiahna😊 I got some ideas for meals that I can use on my healthy journey. I wish lemon was readily available in Jamaica. Blessings and love always ❤❤❤❤
I thought I'm the only one who add chia seeds to my smoothie I also add collagen as well. I love chick peas curry but never add shrimp 🍤 this I will definitely try.
I thoroughly enjoyed this cooking vlog. Love the salmon recipe. What's the name/ brand of the mango glaze? I'll definitely try your way of cooking the couscous. Love your family. May God continue to richly bless you and your family. ❤❤❤
As ALWAYS, I enjoyed the Vlog! Guys let me tell y’all something. Yesterday, Sunday I had a question for Tiahna and decided to inbox her on IG and to my surprise she responded promptly!!! I was so happy because often times ppl don’t take the time to respond and especially on a Sunday when Chris is home. Guys when she says she loves us(her fans) she really does mean it.
Let's start this weight-loss journey. I need some encouragement, just purchase my treadmill. But looking for some meals to prep for one. Also some good smoothie recipes.
