In the Forbidden City the famous Concubine Zhen water well is very easy to miss amidst the beautiful architecture and picturesque alleys in the imperial palace. But it's the famous well that legend has it Cixi ordered the nicknamed Pearl Concubine be thrown in in the year 1900. ‪@TheMonkeyKang‬
