In my music I used 432 Hz which is based in nature and therefore it generates healthy effect and brings natural harmony and balance. The pure energy of 432 Hz removes mental block and opens a way to a more fulfilling life.

It’s true. I used this for meditation today and every time I heard them I too was lifted. I also saw crystal and gem formations with beautiful blues, purples, pinks and green with water flowing through them like an eternal waterfall 💖 Saving this one in my favorites
