for healing and spinning chakras ... big drums and small drums. gorgeous. the rhythm is perfect, neither too slow nor too fast. exactly on the pulse of the resting heart. 70bpm. I also have gorgeous headphones with a bass button that sends vibrations directly into the subconscious where the bass destroys all the stagnant energies of decades.
