    Lmao @ the intro - I actually checked the playback speed setting!
    Bikes looking good even with the xmas colour scheme, course you can always do a full wrap or respray when you get the time (free time, haha!).
    Looking forward to see/hear all the details on the bike itself, pretty amusing you're finding bits yourself too :)
    Take it easy and I'm liking that outro!

      Think a colour scheme will happen over winter 😁
      Thankyou, just need to update the intro now - trying to up production levels where I can

    Where can I learn f4i race options just like what you have built I have a 2006. I can run 1:55 on a 1:29 record at my 2.2 mile track. You have a great build and I love my F4i. on a basic factory ...

    • @UnrestrictedIsle
      @UnrestrictedIsle  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There isn’t a massive amount of options or info unfortunately - with the RR coming out the F4i quickly got forgotten by the aftermarket race world.
      Since this video I ended up doing a fair few bits (bye bye key 🔑)
      Have a look through my more recent videos - particularly garage ones with the bike.
      I loved the F4i it was great!

    Sure you already know but these things are tanks. So much so everyone uses them for stunt riding. Great tool for learning, might be a bit slower then some newer/other bikes but will push you to become better rider. Motor will last forever aswell. Great bike

      I didn’t know that - thanks 😁 I hope so, develop the best skill set I can before I let the onboard computers take over

    What Brake Pads do you use? I use the CRQ and the Wave Braking disks. The Stoping power is incredible. I can stop my GSXR 1000 like other 600 with SRQ or normal Pads.
    Is this a Brembo PR or some older model?

    • @UnrestrictedIsle
      @UnrestrictedIsle  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hard to say, I don’t know what is currently in the bike and don’t think I’ve used a same set twice, still trying the field 😁 I’ll have a look at the CRQ’s - this is also the first time I’ve been looking at pads that don’t need to work great cold and last long (for the road)

    Hi mate do you have access to the FX/FY 2000,/CARBS VERSION as you and I can indeed FETTLE/MESS AROUND WITH the power on these?
    I would just like to say the CHAVS are fiddling around with the injection/ecu versions of this machine and if you can obtain the pre injection/carbed versions you can tune them to perfection!:)
    PS loved the video mate and thoroughly enjoyed your video please continue mate as I wish to follow you mate:)
    PS the Little device for MAN DOWN/WORKING ALONE your STEP DAD IS SELLING is a device I am accustom to after working for over 20 years in the security industry.:)

    Hey, where’d you get the high mount exhaust system? Looks sick

    • @UnrestrictedIsle
      @UnrestrictedIsle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s an MHP can, rest of the system was non standard but unsure what (came with the bike)
      Probably MHP too

    • @UnrestrictedIsle
      @UnrestrictedIsle  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s a rain light for wet races, helps visibility when there’s lots of water splashing around 😁

      @@UnrestrictedIsle Can you give me a mail address? I want to put a track fairing on it. But i cannot remove plate holder. Its whole part with battery holder. What should i do? And also rearsets and clip ons are problem. I bought a rearset riser that relocates rearsets 1" back and 1" up.

    • @UnrestrictedIsle

      @@canowar unrestrictedisle@gmail.com
      The battery tray needs to be cut, only keep as much as you need for the battery. We ended up putting the clip ons underneath the top triple clamps, it made for a far better riding position. If you have a look at some of our more recent videos you can see how we had them :)

    Did you ever get rid of key and HISS on this bike?

    • @UnrestrictedIsle

      @@matejkangyar yes - early HISS system can be bypassed with the correct resistor and then ignition moved onto a switch

    Hi, I'm curious to know what modification you made to the fork, but above all to the rear shock absorber, did you replace it? hardened the spring? did you raise it? personally I find an annoying tendency to understeer. thanks

    • @GPM116
      @GPM116 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes weak suspension is the biggest problem holding it back from tracking better in my opinion...been messing with it forever. I even dropped 23 pounds.I love it so much... bumped up to 15weight fork oil so I'm
      6' 2" 178 lbs. Bout 193lbs. fully leathered. Cheaper to sell @ 3900$ offer. ..(21000 miles all kept up. About to do the camchain tensioner and plugs n filter) ez sell...and go RR? Lottsa new necessities and we'll cared for.

    Hey Mate, I'm just curious what kind of fairing do you use? I have a 2003 f sport, and I'm not able to find any track fairing, and I'm wondering if rr fairings would fit, with small modification?

    • @UnrestrictedIsle
      @UnrestrictedIsle  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not 100% what these ones are as they were on the bike. There are a few sets on eBay - search for CBR F4 Race fairing - just makes sure they are the later ones as the early ones have different intakes on the nose
