Thailand's SPECTACULAR PARADISE 🇹🇭 Sharing A Hidden Gem

- Today we leave the spectacular Chiang Mai city and head 1 hour north to the region of Chiang Dao.
Chiang Dao (still within Chiang Mai Province) is home to Thailand's 3rd highest mountain, however it is by far the 1st in terms of outstanding natural beauty and wonder.
First we visit a very responsibly run cafe that homes elephants that hang out by the river adjacent to the cafe itself. The cafe's elephants are actually from the elephant sanctuary next door and the whole business is run with the elephants best interests at heart, for those looking for a very intimate and cheaper way to visit elephants in Thailand I recommend this place.
Then we head further north to the base of Chiang Dao itself to enjoy one of the countries most spectacular and unique accommodations.

Nothing beats up close to an Elephant as he/she looks you in the eye thinking ''Don't treat me bad ''Magnificent animal end of ❤Paddy ,you had to work for it concerning Teaching early doors abroad .But fair play to you knowing how to on You tube showing us loads most of us wouldn't know let alone see 👍

The lodging, with a breathtaking panoramic mountain view, is priceless. The accommodation is well-designed and fitted to your needs. Nothing appears to be more or even less. I love the tent-style room, but the bath tub is probably not my choice. lol. As a solo traveller, I have to admit that being alone at night makes me scared.
Is there anything more once-in-a-lifetime than saying hello to two elephants 🐘🐘 and giving them breakfast ON YOUR OWN? 😱🙏

Seeing the opening scene,I couldnt belive my eyes that was Thailand. I have been to Chaing Dao a couple of times but never seen the mountain range there from that perspective...very spectacular indeed ❤

Wow ! Great concept. I like staying in the tent with a tall tube for bathing. Clean outdoor living. Sort of like camping but with the amenity.

Stunning! I come to Thailand since 2011 every year sometimes twice. Lasrt Year i was in Chiang Mai (Coffe tour) inkl High Mountain Camp. But this one blows my mind too 🫶
It's out of this world indeed. The humane elephant treatment. The mountain view. The glamping. The hand-made burger and craft beer place in the middle of nowhere. Thailand doesn't stop surprising me in a good way. Awsome.

Love the elephants. Lucky you have off road tyres - you were looking a little worried - also loved Microkosmos Burgers - absolutely a hidden gem - how beautiful! Funny I just read one one of the reviews and they were complaining about not having a hair dryer - obviously, not much of a camper.
I love elephants. Fabulous vid paddy x. I fed a couple in Koh Phangan but they had chains on...so that made me very sad. :(
Absolutely beautiful scenery thanks for your videos in this series. I will say you’d not want to be rolling drunk anywhere on that deck or leading into or out of the tent! I think you’d be waking up in some snakey vegetation..👀
