Thanks for upload the video. Why don't you show us the air purging procedure. If it is a running system it needs proper air purging the compressor otherwise non condensable gas in the system which result less cooling performance of the system.

Not required he was doing two procedure at single time charging oil through vacuumizing. One side oil was get in compressor and other side the vaccumm was on. After oil charged he closed the oil charging port and the noncondensable was out through vacuum. Thank you

Nguyên Bùi once your done adding your oil your compressor should be flat. Once we do oil changes we changed out liquid and suction filters since the system is already pumped down. Once done with your filter changes attach gauges to suction and liquid filter drier access ports and pull a vacuum on your filter driers. Then go ahead and mid seat suction valve that will allow your compressor to pull into a vacuum.
