you are such a style inspiration for me! i have been so encouraged to step out of my comfort zone from your style vids and i love to be creative w my clothing. thank you so much for the inspo!!
this video is so inspiring! I’m such a hoarder and I’m guilty of buying way too much out of fear of running out of options. this video truly demonstrates how many looks you can make out of a handful of items! omw to selling/donating all my stuff so I can style things this freely!
Your video styling is so great. How do you do your title screens? Would you want to do a video talking about how you got into editing, how you learned, and what you use?
Hi, I love your style, it's very inspirational cause their not only all beautifull pieces but also in a slow fashion way :) I was wondering where they adorable cardigan is from (the one in the talking-section)? Love your content!
Hey Jenny! Loved the video, I live in the Southern Hemisphere so I'm going into Summer at the moment, but this was great inspiration for when I travel to Europe early next year! I struggled to find the plain black turtleneck on the Reformation and was wondering if you could possibly link it?
from what i know of her videos, she only buys from ethical/sustainable brands and thrifts. ethical/sustainable brands tend to be much more expensive because their worker and manufacturing practices cost more to run! also considering the amount of resources it takes to manufacture cotton, we really should be paying more for a few good items and spending less on hoarding bad ones, where possible. she will of course have a certain level of income to be able to practice this ethos, which is another really important discussion. i think a lot of consumers can’t access ethical clothing because of costs, and thrifting isn’t always an option. sorry for the rant lmao it is a really important discussion to have and jenny could do with covering it more in these types of videos!
honestly at this point i've spent 5 bucks on so many white tshirts that just turned out to be horrible (see through, thin, not good material etc) that i'd spend 30 dollars on one if it was a really nice tshirt. plus that keeps the bad 5 dollar ones out of the landfill
loooooove this :) thank you for such warm, generous, and inspiring videos. I was wondering where your Icelandic chunky ((amaazinnng)) sweater is from, or if it is thrifted?
This girl really just said a $30 white t shirt is affordable..... BUT reformation doesn't support fast fashion so if you can afford it then its worth it 💚💚💚
I've had it for 2+ years! and wear it probably 2-3 times a week. I would say that it's definitely it's been a worthy investment! I know it's not "affordable" for everyone, but I thrift nearly all my clothing which saves me a lot of money, leaving me money to spend on ethically made clothing when I see fit. And I guess I more meant affordable in terms of sustainably made items!
D.W. well if you’re able to wear it a lot for a long time it’ll ultimately be cheaper than having to repurchase the same items over and over because they get worn out so quickly. I’ve definitly had this issue with white tees especially but now I’ve had the same two tees for literally two years and they’re still in pretty good condition
I really don’t believe that Reformation is making a giant profit margin on their tees. The cost a of a tee involves the cost of raw materials, labor, design, factory expenses, shipping costs, duties from shipping from country to country, and probably more I don’t even know about, all before the manufacturer decides what how to price the item to make a profit, which is necessary to sustain a business. Think about all those factors divided by $30. I want the person who makes my t-shirt to make more than 10 cents for it. Compared to other sustainable and ethical options, $30 is truly on the low end for a tee. However I don’t pretend to think that everyone can afford to spend $30 on an individual piece of clothing, that could easily be a weeks worth of groceries for someone. In that case I think they are other much cheaper and still sustainable ways to get your clothing. And you still don’t have to support inhumane sweatshops!
this intro SNAPPED

D.W. That’s how much it costs if it’s not from a sweatshop and people are getting paid
@@madalinaxoxo honey, there's a difference between manufactured clothing and handmade, point is you were robbed #sorrynotsorry
