My windows exporter says
404 page not found

Grafana -> :3000
Prometheus -> :9090
Node Exporter -> :9100
Wind Exporter -> :9182

why did you use port 9100 when adding data source when its non existent

I am confused by this as well, 9100, 9090, 9182, fails at the data source step when everything is up.
