Looks very modern on the outside, but late 70's/early 80's inside. Needs quality upgrading in kitchen & baths.

Outside is gorgeous front + back. Also the staircase leading to the upstairs with the chandelier hanging is stunning. Personally it's not furnished how I would want. There is alot of mismatch things going on and it looks unbalanced.

Oh I dunno about that. I grew up in MA and Andover's a nice town but not exactly a suburb of Boston. I'll bet twice $2M, at least.
Nice but kitchen seems small and the restroom are outdated looking 🙄🧐🤔
