❤❤❤A maestro and a true living legend and multi talented and yet so humble this were the true musicians before computers Some are born great Ghana great son😊❤
Absolute legend and hero. Rest well still Papa Sol, one of the greatest drummers in human history. Thank you for being part of the Osibisa Origins - early morning in Africa...rhythms sanctioned by the ancestors.
Mr Sol, you were an amazing musician.... & drummer. You have PERSONALLY created an amazing legacy within llmusic in your own right, and in particular, as part of the band, Osibisa. If I remember right, my family and their wide circle of friends who mostly lived in Accra, became aware of your music from the 1970s, and I remember my dad searching to buy Osibisa record albums during a trip to the UK (so he could share it with friends in Ghana). Sir, you greatly contributed to making people around the world more knowledgeable about Ghanaian music, always demonstrating its originality, beauty & high standards; &, you placed its people, its culture and country in a very positive light. May God bless you with eternal life & peace. ❤

The man was a great drummer. Ever smiling and always lively. May he be helped as his spirit ascends the Heights.
