While this product smells pretty awful, the more you use it...the less disgusting it smells ( kinda lol )
Please keep in mind that this is a serious protein packed treatment and you are not recommended to do this sooner than 6 weeks between treatments. Having too much protein in your hair can cause very brittle hair!

omg guys, if you have curly, bleach damaged hair, try this!!! I bleached my hair for the first time to dye it purple and i was so upset to find out i lost almost ALL my curls, and all my ringlets. It turned into stringy, frizzy, dry wavy hair with 3 or 4 random curls. I love the color I love how it looked straight but I was really upset that i lost my natural curls which I just recently learned to love. Fast forward to me finding this product and obsessively watching youtube reviews and finally trying it. My curls are BACK! Practically as tight as they used to be. I've amazed and so happy :)
Hi, I’d like to ask if the effect of the product lasted after you started to wash your hair normally ? Or if you need to reapply it every few weeks?
kajushik66 it’s lasts for 1-2 months so I redo it every 2 months or so
omg hahah, I just did the same thing to my hair! cause I wanted it purple too. I love the color 2, my hair is straight so hopeful this works. Just bought the treatment, trying it out now!!
I have 2b c hair and one spot I think has been over bleached and it's hardly curly.
Can you use a diffuser if you don't have a hood dryer?

Wow thank you for posting this video, I think this is a sign (I’m one of those annoying people that thinks that everything is a sign lol) I’ve been wanting to try Aphogee’s protein treatment for almost a year now & I finally bought it today! I got the pack of 3 bottles, the shampoo, the two step protein treatment, and the balancing moisturizer from my local beauty supply store for about $24, I think it’s sold online too. I was scared to try it b/c my hair has been acting weird & I’ve been trying to figure out what’s going on so hopefully this helps. I’ve been on TH-cam for about 2 weeks looking at Aphogee protein videos but I think your video is a sign because as soon as I clicked on TH-cam to see what my favorite channels posted, yours was the first video to pop up! It’s like my prayers of a sign was answered lol okay I’m done doing the most 🤣 I hope my hair comes out great, yours looks amazing & healthy! Once I use this on my curly hair would I still need to add a protein treatment to my weekly regimen ? Or is every 6wks or so enough? I’m not a professional but my hair has been breaking ALOT I moisturize it but my hair still ends up getting frizzy so in between all that frizz and loss curls but my hair is super soft to so I end up losing a lot of my curls unless I lock them in with curl gel but even still then it turn frizz and breaks. Please help any info would truly be appreciated
How long did the drying take
I just did it for the first time and nothing happened :( do I have to wait a little or what ?
I've used this product twice now but always washed the protein treatment (step 1) out first, then shampooed and THEN used the step 2 conditioner... In the video it appears that she puts the protein treatment on her hair, lets it dry and then adds the step 2 conditioner??? Am I doing it wrong?

I would try jamaican black castor oil :) good for growing hair!
Mine has been doing the same but from the medicines I have to take to treat my disabilities and pain. Then I decided (like an idiot) to color my West Indian curls to cover my silver and white hair. Can you say “BAD IDEA”? I’m growing the color out but am losing so much hair that all I need is lightning and an Igor with a Frankenstein’s laboratory to make a creature! Leah Lind I tried the Jamaican Castor oil but found I’m allergic to it...and I have a HUGE pump bottle. It’s food grade, too, but I can’t even cook my Caribbean Home food with it😫
