The film is spectacular. Namor is so awesome. Definitely the coolest character we have in the MCU now. So much world building. Alot of suprise I haven't seen anyone guess or assume we'd see in the film. Trailers did great not showing to much. Like, make sure to stay for the mid credit scene. It's perfection.
This looks amazing and your reviews always get me hyped for these films, Perri. Chadwick Boseman elevated the first Black Panther film and when he passed away the entire cast stepped up to elevate this film and I’m happy to hear they succeeded because that is a huge feat in itself. Can’t wait to see this film and the addition of Tenoch Huerta is outstanding. Watched him in the The Final Purge and he really is a remarkable talent and would need to be to meet the level of the rest of the cast especially Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, and Letitia Wright. This is not with regards to this movie, which I haven't seen, but echoing the sentiments in the comments here that I love your reviews, Perri. In fact, I'm so energised when you're enthusiastic that it elevates movies even when I don't like them as much. 😅 As movies become more and more accessible, the "buyer's advice" aspect of movie reviews is diminished, and I can think of no more worthwhile role for them to play instead than that of deepening and broadening the appreciation for movies that you do end up watching.

What is the counterpoint??? I am hoping Namor is good so that I can wash the image of Daniel Dae Kim as the ideal Namor for the MCU...That is my reason of watching the film. That and Chadwick...

BP Wakanda forever undoubtedly honor Chadwick Boseman T Challa character legacy with admiration, Grace & dignity. Within a heavily driven emotional roller coaster ride of events that take ya on an adventure. Solid fight sequences, good dose of action and solid performances from the main characters The Queen Ramona, Okoye, M Baku & Shuri.
I really don’t know how to feel about this film!! Just saw it an hour ago. It’ll take some time to think about what I liked and what I didn’t. Nice video as always Perri!!
Glad you liked it! I'm very interested, but it's going to be tough to watch, after the death of Chadwick. That will never not be hard to stomach, he was the heart and soul of Black Panther. I hope he's proud of what his role is. Rip King.
Hello Perri since I don't have Twitter and I don't have you on Facebook I haven't seen said anything about the sad news related to Jason David Frank. I know how big of a fan you were the mighty Morphin Power Rangers I also believe you were able to meet him once or twice. I was hoping you would do a video or something to address the sad news.
Saw it 2 days ago and it was pretty good, I think it was a little better than the first one; shuri was a good protagonist and namor was an interesting villain. I still wish chadwick was alive be in this movie though but they respected very good.
Another winner on both fronts #pnemiroff Some have said the movie has a balance of not going overboard with the MCU connectivity in general. Especially with it nailing the end of phase 4 properly. Always spot on, always lovely 🙏🏽😁

I have no doubt W.F is a great movie after hearing so many positive reviews with that said i hope some how some way T'Challa returns even if it means another actor how can you take a character decades in comix and just replace him? especially since Chadwick & his Family said he should be replaced
This movie was too long. It didn't stay tightly focused. Disney/Marvel forced their agendas, as well as their upcoming TV shows into this movie. Ironheart sucks! Let's be real. Shuri was a great side character, but wrong choice to take over the Black Panther mantle. Angela Bassett was awesome, showcasing how Shuri just doesn't have the chutzpah to hold as a lead character. If they would have just made a TRUE Black Panther vs Namor, the Sub-Mariner, then Marvel would have the biggest hit - ever! But, alas, this is NOT that. Unfortunately. And ultimately, this will show in the vast audience reviews, and overall box office.
Nothing about the trailers, clips and reviews has motivated me to go out and pay to see this predicable movie and without Chadwick. I’ll wait for when its on cable or a friend buys it
I am at a lost why no one is talking about the biggest problem with this film. In case all you non-comic reading black folks missed this; For more than 50 years, the Black Panther has stood at the forefront of the Marvel Universe. Yes he has been around since 1966. He is one of the best Black Male Heroes that young black boys can look up to. He is as smart as Tony stark, but of course the M-SHE-U gave that to his sister. He is richer than Tony Stark and He kicked Captain America ass in hand-to-hand combat. So, why kill one of the only Black Characters that we as BLACK Boys and Men have, just because the actor that played him died? Simple, Racist Hollywood cannot have such a powerful Black male lead do another 1.3 Billion at the Box office. So when the actor died, racist Hollywood used it as a chance to once again destroy young black boys only BLACK hero and any hopes of having someone that looks like them to look up to. The worst part, Poor Ryan Coogler made an emotional decision to not recast T’Challa. He fell for the lie, "we are doing this to honor Chadwick Boseman."BULLSHIT!!!! If Tom Holland had died during "Spiderman: No Way Home" they would have recast and moved on with the franchise. So by not recasting T'Challa Ryan Coogler in that moment of being emotionally compromised helped destroy an entire franchise which could have been more successful that fast and Furious, which is now up to 9 movies. The franchise is done, there is NO Black Panther 3, 4 or 5....Tell me I am wrong....

Yeah and they even said it didn’t feel right to add an end credit scene with how the movie ends. So probably no hidden post credits scene
