The outside toilets are usually very close to the boundary wall to save space. Having them on the design drawings makes it difficult to have the Plans approved...but sure, there's always room for them during and after construction.

On the issue of parking if one wants to develop an apartment they should think of making the ground floor a parking lot. I believe in a few years almost everyone will be owning a car.

Yeah, I agree. Also, it's better to have parking there because people are avoiding groundfloor houses due to mouldiness, noise and high moisture and darkness

Great video, great info. I like number 2 but my plot is much bigger, I would like to do 2 bedrooms bungalows with a bit of space.
You should also be looking a thinking other elements like solar system - you can see the roof misses that particular component and it is important given where the world is heading.
This is very insightful. Kindly compare us the convectional technology with the recent technology of using Metallic poles for elevated buildings.

when building or designing those appartments, why don't you design a parking lot under those appartments? First it saves space, second you can situate the stairs in that area, third the cars ar parked in the shadow and do not need to be removed when one at the end wants to leave
