I think that technically, this is not Streeterville neighborhood. Streeterville starts on the north side of the river. This condo is located in Near Eastside, right next to Streeterville and south of the river.
Who knew RE in Chicago was so affordable? Something like this in NY, DC, LA, or Boston would easily go for $10M+. I’m floored!
Don't get me wrong, 3.2 million isn't cheap. But if you put this same exact condo in NYC, it'd be way more and you wouldn't have amazing views looking over Lake Michigan.
Well come on over New Yorkers and save some cash.

I really liked Chicago when I visited during a road trip. Lake Michigan and the canal are such great features as well as the tram and the architecture. There's something I really liked about this city. All I could think about when you were on the balcony was not to be blown off! It's the windy city after all! The views are great and I love the kitchen but I would much rather live in a cottage in the city with some land for gardens. :)
Windy because of the politicians (most corrupt city in history), not because of the weather

Grew up on the S side of Chi...(kinda different), beautiful views here. Comments are great! Definitely not Streetervile. OK right next to navy pier I saw the complex called Lake Point Towers. Years ago they had a showing of some of their units, and I fell completely in love with the rise. Haven't done it yet...it's 3.2M but great to know that at that price it is a value compared to NY/LA

Man I had a huge dream that I was falling off high rise like this. Woke fully sweated .. will never gonna rent or own this kind monstrosity..
I do own 7th floor in high rise and had to peek outside to calm myself that it ain’t that high..

I absolutely cannot imagine paying $3M (or honestly, even $100k) to buy an apartment, especially in a city like Chicago (AKA, if you rented it out, your protections suck in Cook Co/Illinois). It’s beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but $3M to not even have a private yard and having to live with shared walls. No thank you.
If I had $3M to invest in a home, I’d buy decent size HOUSE with a lot of land in a rural or subrural area 🙂

This is awesome, but it's not in Streeterville. Streeterville is on the north side of the river. It's strange to see realtors who don't know the neighborhoods they're in.

Unpopular opinion maybe but living in a building that’s an iconic part of a skyline is worse than living in a regular high rise
You should consider spending more time touring the property before shooting the video so you have a better idea of how to describe it or explain the features. Work on your adjectives so that your dialog flows better.
