I think that technically, this is not Streeterville neighborhood. Streeterville starts on the north side of the river. This condo is located in Near Eastside, right next to Streeterville and south of the river.
Don't get me wrong, 3.2 million isn't cheap. But if you put this same exact condo in NYC, it'd be way more and you wouldn't have amazing views looking over Lake Michigan.
Beautiful spot Bro. Love the kitchen and the space in the bathroom. Those views are killer!! 3.1 million a bit steep but if ya got it. Great presentation as always my friend!!!
Very elegant and simple design that is what makes this place timeless Oh my Oprah the views are spectacular. Give me a view over a yard any day. Your face when you saw the puppy was priceless. Love from Canada

@@slicksweet1 Depends where you live and work, but there is always some road construction going on. I've lived here for a long time though and would not live anywhere else. Gorgeous city with lots of potential for someone to move up and do well.
I really liked Chicago when I visited during a road trip. Lake Michigan and the canal are such great features as well as the tram and the architecture. There's something I really liked about this city. All I could think about when you were on the balcony was not to be blown off! It's the windy city after all! The views are great and I love the kitchen but I would much rather live in a cottage in the city with some land for gardens. :)

Grew up on the S side of Chi...(kinda different), beautiful views here. Comments are great! Definitely not Streetervile. OK right next to navy pier I saw the complex called Lake Point Towers. Years ago they had a showing of some of their units, and I fell completely in love with the rise. Haven't done it yet...it's 3.2M but great to know that at that price it is a value compared to NY/LA
For $2m you can have an actual house, not an apartment connected to other apartments , in Wisconsin on lake Michigan. With a front and back yard. Plus you are the landlord
This is awesome, but it's not in Streeterville. Streeterville is on the north side of the river. It's strange to see realtors who don't know the neighborhoods they're in.
andrei, im sure youve heard this before. you have movie star looks. what are you doing as an agent? you could be the next james bond. you have the look unlike the current albino. :0)
Man I had a huge dream that I was falling off high rise like this. Woke fully sweated .. will never gonna rent or own this kind monstrosity.. I do own 7th floor in high rise and had to peek outside to calm myself that it ain’t that high..
I'm slightly baffled, is this a video property tour about showing the the property or showing you showing the property? Because the camera is on you and not showing the property details and amenities I don't get it
I absolutely cannot imagine paying $3M (or honestly, even $100k) to buy an apartment, especially in a city like Chicago (AKA, if you rented it out, your protections suck in Cook Co/Illinois). It’s beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but $3M to not even have a private yard and having to live with shared walls. No thank you. If I had $3M to invest in a home, I’d buy decent size HOUSE with a lot of land in a rural or subrural area 🙂
You should consider spending more time touring the property before shooting the video so you have a better idea of how to describe it or explain the features. Work on your adjectives so that your dialog flows better.
A Negative Nancy You Are, However His Natural Excitement Is What Kept Me Interested Into Watching The Full Video... THAT PRIMARY BATHROOM WAS AMAZING, As Well As All Those Wonderful Views.

Def single family with a backyard... on a hill with insane views 😉 Best of both worlds!
I think that technically, this is not Streeterville neighborhood. Streeterville starts on the north side of the river. This condo is located in Near Eastside, right next to Streeterville and south of the river.
They have started calling this area Lake Shore East, which sounds better than Streeterville if you ask me.
Who knew RE in Chicago was so affordable? Something like this in NY, DC, LA, or Boston would easily go for $10M+. I’m floored!
Right. A water view (Ocean, Gulf, or Great Lake) that high up at $3M is a bargain.
The HOA fees are not cheap.
Don't get me wrong, 3.2 million isn't cheap. But if you put this same exact condo in NYC, it'd be way more and you wouldn't have amazing views looking over Lake Michigan.
Well come on over New Yorkers and save some cash.
@@iwouldliketoorderanumber1b79 I mean they could. I don't mind them staying in NYC though lol.
Yea but the property tax would probably be cut in half in NY
@@rcwell yea, the property taxes here in Cook County are expensive. No argument there. I'm not well versed on the property taxes in NYC.

Looking great in those jeans.
I would think bookmatched marble would be within this price point. They also put laminate countertops in the kitchen?
Take the camera off the auto setting so you get better exposure of the exterior views
Hi! Can these apartmnets function like a hotel?
That building is gorgeous! Dazzling! I visited Chicago in October & saw that building. Tallest building in the world designed by a woman.
Can you film the view and not the guy talking about the view when on balcony...

Overpriced nonsense
You can get a high rise 3br for around $700k, and fix it up for another $300k
