Le jour où je jouerai comme ça, je pourrai mourir en paix.
My favorite standard. I find the melody just so romantic, I love it.
You killed it. Nice jam.
Nice Jay!!
Very nice Jay. Smooth and effortless
What a perfectly rounded tone. Thanks for sharing such a clear demonstration of phrasing and language on a great standard!
I hope you post a ton more of these standards! With your skill and quality of the tracks they'd make great driving music!
Thanks, will do!
That's so cool
Long whistle. Wow! Thanks for that amazing effort.
No words Jay! I love it worldclass! (Jürgen from Germany)

Sweet! I like both of the videos you post in this performing the jazz solos. What gear are using for them? Is this Yanagisawa tenor that you primarily use?
Thanks! Yes that's my Yanagisawa TW02UL with a KB Sax hand hammered bronze neck. the mouthpiece is a Phil Tone Tribute ltd with a Rovner platinum ligature.
Hi Jay, any chance to get a transcription of your solo? It would be great if you could add the transcriptions also to the tax! would pay for it, Thank you in advance
I would also pay for the transcripts!
3:18 the licc
so sneaky that thing!
Will you also have sheet music for these standards?
There are chord charts for the backing tracks but the melodies are copyrighted so we cannot share that. I encourage people to learn the Melodie by ear from the great recordings. Otherwise there’s the real book and other sources for the melodies.
Looks like an after market neck? Doesnt look like the stock yani neck?
Yes, that is a KB Sax hand hammered bronze Vanguard neck
(: 👍
3:18 Nice 😂
I knew I heard The Lick lmao
