at the end it was half an hour video but, when something is interesting time flyes by😁. good luck chip and i forgot to wish you happy new year may this year be best year for you. 73 bud 4L1LAT❤
Thank you so much my friend. Hahaha it was indeed. Actually it was around 45 minutes but I had to cut parts to make it shorter 🤣. Have a fantastic year as well my friend. 73, YO6DXE.
Very super east handy circuit, specially a single transistor one ,i do like everything thats really based with transistors only for radio projects.thnx ❤
I do too. I think I am addicted to these simple circuits. They are not perfect and sometimes the adjustments are annoying to do in order to make them perform decent.. but the satisfaction you get is priceless 😁. 73 my friend.
Ohhh and I thought I am bad. Hahaha thanks this made me feel better 🤣🤣🤣. I really have to learn the code pfff. Do you realize that CW is actually the reason I got into amateur radio in the first place and I still don't know the Morse code ? 🤣🤦🏻♂️.
I just love simple circuits like this one. Is not perfect of course... is too simple to make something fancy out of it, but is a joy both to build it and also use it. Of course now I only play in the dummy load using it as a Morse Code Practice Oscillator but I can't wait to use it on air as well 😁. 73, YO6DXE.
I love it as well. The only thing is that I never got it to work with a telephone speaker as Miguel was recommending in his original article. The only way was to use an external amp at high gain. I still want to make it work with a telephone speaker instead 😄. 73, YO6DXE.
Thank you so much Roberto. I was wondering what is with this 1.99$ ... I thought you calculated the cost of the components or something 🤣🤣🤣. 73 my friend, YO6DXE.
I have been trying to build the initial one and I cannot for the life of me get any rx. Connecting to an oscilloscope shows that tx is producing a waveform at the expected tx frequency but no rx, even after trying the fixes I found online. Going to try this one next
I think o once had to deal with this problem as well. But to be very honest I do not know what it was, but I do remember I messed up something in the schematic. Probably to make sure the antenna is ok and good for that particular band. Let me know... maybe we can figure it out. 73, YO6DXE.
Besides trying to code CQ CQ DE... everything else is not a mistake... is more like I have no clue what it is I just make noise 🤣🤣🤣. I want to learn the code so badly but I do not have the time right now 🤦🏻♂️. 73, YO6DXE.
Nice tiny circuit. Good luck. This month I don't have time I'm on internship on machining job, I try to build delta loop antenna for 40m and 80 and 20 m I need to learn CW too 73 F4LPM
It is too "chirpy" i.e. the oscillator is being loaded too heavily. It will likely be mentioned in signal reports. Edit: It's a cute circuit but not that practical imo. To help with the chirp I'd put a 4.7K inline with the 10k or maybe make it a pot to adjust for optimum output.
A little yes but too much not really. I've heard many others these past days on air waaaaay worst. Is one transistor so is expected. But the power can be lowered and the chirp dissapears for those that want to have a clean signal as well. Either by placing a small resistor 10 to 100 Ohm between the emitter of the transistor and the inductor, or by changing the value of the output capacitor ( the one in the emitter ). 73, YO6DXE.
Decent quality boards as always. By the way if someone looking for 2N2222 substitution i can advice 2sc1815 i have it in my 27MHz TX board from late 90"s RC car and personaly used it with success in 35MHz TX also. If someone knows other suitable types it will be good to know, for me at least, thanks.
Ohh that is good to know because I think I have a bunch of them recovered from older boards. Maybe in the next video I remember to tell a funny story about tranzistors now that we talk about them 🤣. 73, YO6DXE.

This is what I call chirpy ... still ... is my favorite CW transmitter from TH-cam and I really want to build it 😁. th-cam.com/video/rrhGGMnywYo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6BjTfNz3aIBpF8rj
Good one Chip, and happy new year 🎉
Thank you Nigel and Happy New Year as well. Not sure if you received my New Year video message 😁. I hope its all good with you there. 73 my friend.

Looks great! You’re a lot further with Morse code then I am. 😂

Brilliant video, very interesting.
Thank you so much for watching 😁🙏🙏 73, YO6DXE
Very good.

Very nice tx rx😂❤

amazing project i will try it. also hi dx explorer
So far is my favorite transceiver, I don't know why 😁. 73 my friend.
Thanks!

23:07 almost like TribalNeed
Hehe. It reminds me of the sound of the tube transmitters 😁😁.

Hahaha, you mistakenly coded : -.-. .-- ( CW) thats the purpose of this transceiver. 😊 Thank you. TA4SWL, 73.

We both need to learn CW 🤣🤣. Ohhh good luck with the internship and building the antenna. Send me photos 😁. We keep in touch. 73, YO6DXE

Hiii how are you
Good morning from Transylvania. Doing good so far... just a little busy with work. Hope you have an amazing rest of the week. 73, YO6DXE
sry dr om - chirp is bad

translate pititico to spanish
Sounds good to me... but as BBQ 🤣 ... joking hahaha. A proper translation in Spanish would be El Pequeño.
