Usually you see multiple colors being swiped at once. I like that you used one at a time to give it more control. It never occurred to me to do that, considering seeing multiples being done all the time. Thank you so much!
Boy, that sure did turn out beautifully! When I saw your butterflies on the side margin, I had to click on your video to see how you did the colors!!! Lovely ♥
Cynthia, THANK YOU!!! I've watched several other tutorials using Distress Oxide inks, but thanks to your video, I finally "got it"!!! GREAT tutorial!!! :o)
Hi, loved what you did with the distress oxides and will certainly give this a try. I have just su scrub to your channel as I like the way you explain everything so clearly. Many thanks.
I have all of these just wasn't sure what I would really do with them except a back ground but you opened a whole new door for me can not thank you enough. And I love you card. I will have to try this if I may use your idea.
Thank you, Florence! Using die cuts with these papers is a lot of fun - I really love doing this with flower and leaf dies in particular :-) Have fun playing!

Great demo, thank you. I have made a few of these panels, some I'm using as bookmarks, others for the front of journals. The distress oxides are so versatile aren't they?
I used Strathmore watercolor paper for the inking - watercolor paper withstands all of the water better than regular card stock. The card itself was made on a base of my favorite white card stock Neenah Solar White 90-lb.

Beautiful, does the card feel chalky after it dries? Thank you
Hi Deborah - yes, it has a chalky feel to it, but it won't transfer to your fingertips like real chalk does :-)
What kind of paper is it, I didn’t here.
