@@-N-A- her handstands are very good and most of the balancing and all isn't actually on the shoulder but the hands, if you've done a handstand before or you do it regularly, you'd know that.

You are right that a lot of the adjustments are made with the fingers, which requires a decent amount of forearms strength, but the strength itself comes mostly from the shoulders. Also the fact that she’s contorting the whole time means that there is basically no core involvement
@@-N-A- she's placing both hands on the same pole so she's using shoulder strength but still more on the hands and fingers, and contorting while in a handstand doesn't change the pressure, it's just as hard as just staying in a handstand
Surely a Cirque worthy entertainer. When I was cruising on the Norwegian Epic there was a Cirque show and I’ll never forget the woman shooting an arrow with her feet just like this and popping a balloon. There’s some tricks that you KNOW took endless hours of practice. I happened to run into the Cirque performer a few hours later at the buffet and I made sure to tell her how impressed I was.

I've always loved Sofie, I remember the first time I saw her on AGT how much I loved her because we were around the same age and I also like doing contortion (not professionally obviously, just as a hobby lol). It's crazy to see how much we've both grown up, I think musicians/singers tend to have an edge in this show, but contortion is such an underrated talent. Sofie makes it look so effortless, but it takes a lot of practice and effort. She deserves all of her success and more, she seems like a lovely person.
