Dancers have put in really great effort and it's beautiful. But the first half of the set of moves is directly taken from a performance a Chinese kids groups. I am Colombian, and proud that my country is the third in the world with the largest Lebanese community, although I am not Arab, proud that the Colombian Sofia Vergara has supported this great group, she recognizes talent. I had never seen a group that in a single presentation expressed so many beautiful things: beauty, creativity, femininity, power, talent, timing, pride, culture, sensuality, I would like to see them one day next to Shakira who is also Colombian, I love this group, it makes me want to be Arab, very beautiful that culture
Sofia said that she comes from part of Colombia that has a lot of Lebanese migrants and that she grew up eating Lebanese food and dancing to Lebanese music, so it feels like a 2nd home to her. It is the part of Colombia where Shakira comes from. I doubt that Colombian culture is that different from Lebanese..
Bye

@@Omar-gv1op Hello Omar It is good to read several comments. From my childhood until now, I am interested in the history of Egypt, Phoenicia/Lebanon and Hellas/Greece, where the world's first civilizations came from. The tyrant's of Mesopotamia waged wars of extension and robbery, they have nothing to do with our subject. Summarizing regarding these dances, we observe that the choreographer, like his ancestors the Phoenicians, mixed his dances with Egyptian, Indian and Chinese folklore (please check all performances). The music is a mixture of Egyptian and Lebanese melodies (tank you to the Lebanese compositor with Armenian background). The women were dressed in Egyptian fashion, another show with pre-Hellenistic Indian-style. Everyone knows that Egypt was envied in the world, for example: Kretaner borrowed the linear pseudo-hieroglyphs A 2200BC and then B. The Phoenicians from Byblos took pseudo-hieroglyphs too at the 17th century BC from which they created the letters of the Alphabet XVI BC . Papyrus for the Hellenes to write us wonderful poems philosophy and laws ...Finally It is not allowed to talk about Arab music or Arab dancers, even dress and culture, simply because Arabs didn't have those things. Please stop the misinformation, enough is enough. Phoenician women your duty is to dance not defending oppressed Arab females.

They are the whole package, and what makes them even more special is their story back home. It sure touched my heart. I wish them the best and their dear humble coach.
Lebanon is an open minded diverse culture and their women are free, they misinterpreted what they meant, they said it's hard to build a career out of dancing since it's unlikely to generate a good income in their country
The golden buzzer has never ever been this well deserved on AGT. Not only was this by far one of the greatest dance performances but a captivating visual amazement that just proves this entire world has love and beauty if we all open our hearts and minds to embrace it.

Dancers have put in really great effort and it's beautiful. But the first half of the set of moves is directly taken from a performance a Chinese kids groups. You can find it on TH-cam searching for "thousand hand dance" "avalokiteshvara dance " as key words. It's very old but choreography was copied to a large extent.
Shakira originally Lebanese too, but unfortunately Escobar who i admire was not Arab 😅
Bye

@@Omar-gv1op Hello Omar
It is good to read several comments.
This wasn't just a dance act. This was one of the greatest cultural achievements human beings can or will ever create.
