You should build a "mini" solar system in either the nether or overworld, you haven't done much in the nether so I feel it could make the place look a bit nicer. You could even make a made up space biome or something, that would be INSANE.

You should build a massive castle inside of a deep cave. with big decorative staircases heading down into the sub zero levels. large stone bridges leading from various levels of the structure to various tunnels that head up to the surface or to other cave networks, but also appearing to hold the castle in place like it is built into and carved out of the cave walls. creative use of lots of dripstone would be cool, both inside and outside of the structure. just my two cents. i really enjoy watching you build.
According to my AP environment science class last year an island can also refer to any habitat that is isolated in some way(such as a thing of trees in the middle of a field) so unless my teacher lied the end island is technically an island as it is But this is still super cool to see it be turned into a traditional island :]
