The questions not about vehicle ability but rather reliability and cost of ownership. My experience regarding Renaults and French vehicles in general are the electrics where everything electronic will go wrong. I started my Renault ownership from Renault 16TX and 16TS. Then the 19, 21 and my brother had the Renault 25. Then the scenic. Now the scenic was the piece of electronic junk. Every Renault I owned had constant electrical issues. The scenic was the worst. Mechanically it was awesome. But I never knew if the damned vehicle would start after switching off. Traced it to corroded immobilizer electrical controllers/modules . So the duster vs a mercedes. Are you serious? I find 50yr old Merc on the road while you would be pushed to find a 15yrs Renault. And I guess trying to put the shine on a 2nd class Renault or budget Renault called duster seems to be of a stretch. So thank you for trying to create a donkey with wing but be truthful to yourself. Duster to a gvc. Now that's some serious coolaid
Doesent matter . Glc have no good set up of wheels and tires for good off road performance at all. Just read book theory of land locomotion and you will know why.
@@zepter00 i ses tyres and tyre pressure doesnt matter for off road = genius. What does your book say about the g 6x6 and the tyre presure regulation system on board? No sane person would take a glc offroad or the Dacia for the matter. You could take them both to the Nurburgring and say the same bullcrap about how they are not sport cars and tyres and pressure doesnt matter;)

Felicitări pentru video! Cât despre comparație nu ai cum sa compari o mașină mai grea și anvelope mai late cu una ușoară și anvelope mai înguste, clar câștigă mașina mai ușoară în astfel de probe..
El 4x4 Mercedes pesa muchisimo, tiene las ruedas estrechisimas, etc...............y como se escucha muy bien, el Duster acelara muchisimo para esperar hacer lo que vemos......sur motor sufre, grita, ronca mucho.....Ademas el Duster y el el jimny tien seguramente los mejores neumaticos y altura....

This is unfair as it’s clear the GLC has traction control enabled, we all know that’s nearly impossible to achieve with a nonslip feature on. I drive mine in these conditions daily but always turn off the traction controls. Has the horse power to get out of the worst mud even with low pro tires
Even if you disable de esc system the computer will cut the power anyway,you have to putt the car on dyno mode to fully disable the esc,but at the time i didn't know how to do that.

@@predavera yes but turning off the 1st stage is supposed to turn off throttle reduction
@@predavera and that's all you can turn off without getting into the software like a tech
