Thanks for this nice video. I have never been to Warsaw, but my brother goes pretty often. It is a bigger city than I imagined, and looks beautiful. I had only seen pictures of the Old Town. The Parks and River look nice, and it was lovely to see all the people walking. I liked your background music, too. Best wishes.
I have been to Poland a few times, but I have never visited Warsaw. I usually stay in Krakow, and I have also been to Lodz. I hope to visit Warsaw in the near future. Thanks for showing this beautiful capital city.
I was in Varsavia last week. confurmed: it's a very nice city, full of life. There is the ancient part and the new part, the city business center, full of new skycrapers. And don't forget it's a city full of history, WW II specifically.
It's a city much older than WW2. It remembers Napoleon. It remembers Sobieski. It remembers the Polish Constitution of May 3, the second olderst modern constitution in the world, second the the American one.
Cant believe you are comparing Warsaw to your favourite city of Berlin🤦♀️. Warsaw is beautiful, poland always looks very relaxed. Love it! 🇵🇱 Enjoy the trip! Thank you! 🙏❤🏴
I'm a Warsaw resident and I love when i hear this. Polish people like to disrespect the capital but foreigners are smart and they realize how beautiful and interesting this city is.
“Foreigners are smart”… I like your sense of humor. Yea, they are very smart, having let in millions of savages into their communities, not being sure how many genders there are, etc. I hope we never get that smart in Poland.
XX w. a National Geographic zaliczył go do 3 najpiękniejszych parków na świecie w swoim rankingu z 2022 r.
When I was in Japan in May, I thought of you because the Museum of Modern Art building was so ugly!😂 Warsaw looks NOTHING like NYC. NYC has graffitti, buildings in disrepair, trash, dirty sidewalks, people who haven't bathed in more than a year, Blue, pink, green, purple hair, piercings everywhere, gangbangers, tweakers, beggars, nudity, inappropriate clothing/behavior, scary people, etc. Warsaw looks very clean and safe with normal people. 😂 It looks wonderful! Thank you for sharing! Please revisit Lodz & find the tennis ball-throwing puppydog! 🐾💕
@@flipsidezx you could be right but it doesn’t change the fact that Poland is covered in awful tags and graffiti and nobody bothers to change the situation. It’s a global problem, I know but in most places I know in the West there are at least a few prestigious streets without it, in my hometown Wroclaw you can barely find one intact building, freshly renovated monuments are not clean even for a day
The official prohibition of swimming in the Vistula river in Warsaw (0:55) is ridiculous. Swimming was officially allowed and respective areas set from the 19th century until the early 1970s. The quality of water later deteriorated, but now it has improved sufficiently to render the water safe (thanks to modernised industry and development of water treatment plants). But, for lazy city authorities it's more comfortable to simply forbid swimming than to delimit the area, clean the bottom, hire lifeguards, etc. A few years ago floating pools were discussed for Warsaw (as those in Oslo, Copenhagen, etc.) without result. Anyway, on hot days Varsovians may contemplate swimming in the Masurian lakes, right? That's "only" some 250 km away.
Unfortuately Vistula is a stinking, brown, oily sewage full of chemicals and god knows what. Of course you can swim if you want to catch some skin disease or poison yourself. Just take one of ferries across the river in summertime and you will see how dirty the river is; visibility about 1 cm, looks like some brown jelly.
Trzazkowski has issues controlling the release of fecal matter into the Wisla river. Hence I would be weary of swimming there. As long as it remains a platform city, it will continue to not be a good place to swim.
That's just fine that Warsaw is underrated. Than overrun by all kind of people and l look like Paris London etc. Where people feel unsafe. Here we feel safe.
@@sayit462 it was more of a response to "overrun by all kinds of people", London and Paris have both more than 12 million people living in their metropolitan areas (that's without the tourists!), they are huge compared to Warsaw, you can't compare them basically is what I was trying to say, it's like comparing a town with a very large city, of course the small town feels safer.
But given the rise of Nazism in Germany (AfD) and the Putinism, Poland should worry more about those thugs than a few people dispossessed by Western European greed and interference in the Middle East.
Why Asian? Poland is European. Asia is Asian. Asians love our Chopin. But we don't really care too much about their music, or art. Except the weebs. The Weebs like Asian stuff--- oh the anime and the manga and the hentai. It's all kitsch garbage.

I was in Warsaw 1 month ago and stayed close to Pałac Kultury i Nauki, truly a beautiful city. It was my first time in Poland, pierogi were great.
Finally someone noticed that the word "pierogi" is plural 🎉🍻

But those cities in many places look very similar so don’t understand your comment
Just 6 hours apart by train, Berlin and Warsaw are so completely, utterly different.
Berlin is piece of shit, only homeless and drug addicts, nothing else
