This is a Tier 2 Wave 3 box actually, which is why you didn't pull any ZR's. ZR's come only from Tier 2 Wave 4, 5 & 6.

Good question! There’s not really a great place too. There are some listings on eBay but bong enough to give definitive pricing in my opinion. There are a bunch listed on Mercari as well.
