@@TheFactorySealedCollector. nope UR are like the first real hit, R & SR bulk, SSR, TR, TGR, HR & ZR are like semi bulk / semi hits as you are guaranteed these (depending on the box) and then you start getting what people refer to as the hits, which typically in order of rarity would be UR, OR, AR, SLR, SP, MR, Then the tier exclusives so CR (T2), NR (T3) & BP (T4) and then the SE’s are or I should say, were the rarest. At present the rarest and most expensive card is the Sasuke and Naruto hidden XR card from the latest set. This set introduced XR’s which also had numbered variants as well as QR’s and also had separate box releases, a regular version and a N version which featured the same cards, yet the N version variants come with prismatic foil finishes and you could also get 2 exclusive MR cards in the N boxes too, which as a result are also quite expensive - the new set confused things a little more with rarity and pricing 😅 thanks for the question though, hit me up anytime, always happy to help a fellow collector 🫶✌️🤘
