for any of you still wondering how to make this- here's a copy and paste of one of the earlier comments but translated to english:
The materials were: cardboard, bottle caps, rubber or adhesive tapes to make the tires, small springs, light bulb or straw, the motor of an RC toy car, a ruler, thin cardboard, screws ... I believe XD and nothing paper. more uwu. The tools used are: hot glue gun, cutter, RC car control, pencil, cable soldering iron, cables, that pricking thing that they use in offices, tweezers or pliers (that's what we call it in my country) and scissors.
