Yes pls everyone is always talking about wait till their cds are down. Yeah fine it’s not like there are like 100 different Skill combinations for each and every class so obviously as a newbie who only played like 2 classes for myself I have no clue what the goal and best abilities are I just know that the fucking cooldown of this dragon knight is like non existent he is Tanky as hell and bursts me down every time with his stupid as dragon breath and I have no clue what to watch out for xD
Also rlly make it a series so everyone has more of it for a longer time if you just do one extrem 3 hour video that wouldn’t be so easy to enjoy as a 30 minutes video every few days
as a thief u don't get a roll you just need to kill? Explains why every thief in my games runs around in stealth. I'm only 1400 btw.. seems like a wasted spot on the team..
Thief is very good class and the one who says it cant 1v1 is rly dumb. It can 1v1 almost anything if youre not a noob and use brain. Even tanky specs, but theyre not worth fighting as you only loose time on capped point. Played more than 2k spvp games as a thief, also play WvW. Im now using own dash DP build with finishing blow elite - for fastest stomping - which very often helps to win team fights on pts I randomly join when I rotate. And one more thing - Everyone who dares to play and master thief as a main in this AoE noob build focused game is a true hero ;-)
please explain your usage of the word "snowball" because it makes no sense to me here usually, in other games, snowballing refers to getting kills and becoming more powerful, making it easier to get your next kill, over and over until no one can fight you none of that happens here
you are right that you cant get more powerful on killing enemies (though there are some secondary objectives that can make you more powerful) but essentially a snowball is formed by the ability to outnumber your enemy, if you kill one person, you win that fight and move on and 2v1 the next fight, then you esily win that fight because the enemy is on respawn, and if you keep forcing fights while enemies are respawning then you have advantages that keep rolling in

hello , im kinda new (1 month old) but im confused about Necro (Reaper) or Ranger (Soulbeast) I want to choose one and play it all the time. which one would you suggest me to choose? (PvE and PvP but mostly PvE)

whats the difference between going marauder infiltration on wvw and doing it on pvp? cause i see you using the same build but with berserker and divinity on pvp, and i would love to know why
Four stat gear gives more overall stats in WvW, but in PvP they give the same, and the berserker amulet can be made up for its loss in vitality with traits, and in PvP you can control situations more that the lower HP pool isnt as punsihing and you can be more greedy with burst dmg
Great guide, but you never wanna tunnel vision. Even if you know you can secure a kill or whatever obj you're going for, you always wanna be gathering as much info as possible. "Tunnel vision" means you only focus on that one thing while you could be losing on x other thing.
Thief looks like a really weak class. :( u can't 1v1, u can only run around and try to survive and be a backup dps. Maybe i am misunderstanding, but it seems like that. Ofc, your skill is amazing, but still. I'd like to be more of an assasin, rather than a side dps. :/
I was wondering if you could make a guide of how to get to plat one for players who get to 1490 and thereabouts and then get teamed with the worst players the server can find for them or guys who just afk the whole game because they don't like a team mates name or some other silly reason, so they just cant get over that threshold of about 1450 to 1480. Is this even possible to do, or do we have to get to plat via the discord win trading groups?
this is kinda sad when thief cant 1v1 and cant really dps becasue he got oneshotted by everything if wanna fight :DD go play another charatcter they can do the same but better i guess.. I dont really get it
It's been made to be boring. Anet over the past 8 years has stripped away anything good about the class other than stealth (and that's slowly being taken away) and mobility. Simply because Thief excels at mobility so much damage and sustain has been taken away which is a reason why a video about "how to get kills as thief" even has to exist.

none of that happens here

tbh both are pretty good for multi gamemode. Reaper is pretty heavy damage and sustain but soulbeast is more versatile

My thoughts about the class right now, its kinda disappointing, I try to be more of a duelist with S/D but the damage is very lackluster in sPvP.

The thief is really good because it can carry. Roamers carry the best along with support.

It's been made to be boring. Anet over the past 8 years has stripped away anything good about the class other than stealth (and that's slowly being taken away) and mobility. Simply because Thief excels at mobility so much damage and sustain has been taken away which is a reason why a video about "how to get kills as thief" even has to exist.
Fast paced tactical gameplay. It only wishes to be as rad as support Warrior.
