Thank you. I always want to look for this kind of video. I was confused about this kesei line trains. Hope you'll explain their train stops in the future.
Thank you very much! The most helpful guide I found on the internet. Visiting Japan soon and staying near Oshiage station. Good to know which is the best line to take. Thanks again!
I have taken the keisei main line from narita airport or narita town to Ueno many times in the past. After a break of many years, I returned to Tokyo this summer, so I decided to take the keisei again for memories sake. i used to think you couldn't go wrong on the main line as you eventually will reach Nippori/Ueno. The worse that could happen was to get a pink rapid black local train which makes many stops. However this time I took a rapid train and had to switch trains at Takasago or Aoto? I did not know about the orange access express so I will try that next time. However this express appears to be available from 18:51 hrs based on the timetable on the station wall. It would be very helpful if you elaborate on how to read the timetable which does not seem to be available online, but only posted as a small sign at the station, as well as the pdf guide to the keisei which is available online. If I recall correctly, the green kosoku tokkyu and the red tokkyu take about 60 mins to reach Ueno so arent they similar to the access express?
Hello! On minute 2:26 you access the train section using your Suica... but after that, you have different train options with different fares... So how much is deducted from your Suica Card? How does the Suica card determine the train you are going to take afterwards? Thanks,
Touch the Suica card at the station you get on, and then tap it at the station you get off at. The total amount will then be automatically calculated. Does that answer your question?
This video could benefit from more close narration. For example, when you are showing the escalator going down to the second basement floor to the Skyliner platform, would be helpful to say just that: the Skyliner platform is 2 floors down from the Floor 1 of the airport.
Mistake: Keisei Access Limited Express actually costs 1257YEN, a little higher than Keisei Main Line. (Reason: Access Express uses the same high-speed route with Skyliner, which costed higher construction fee....) please allow me to ask, If say I board a train at Keisei Ueno and exit at Narita terminal 1, how do they know if I travelled via ACCESS line or MAIN line?

Great video. Question - Can I use a normal Keisei Skyaccess train from Narita to Asakusa station? The map on the webpage says orange line go both to Ueno and Asakusa...Confusing
To go from Narita to Asakusa, take the Sky Access Limited Express bound for Haneda Airport. Direct connection with no transfers. This is a regular train.
@@christheappleboy The cheapest way is to take the Keisei Main Line train (1000 yen via the Keisei Main Line, 1200 yen via the Narita Sky Access Line). If you are on an express train or a train other than one bound for Keisei Ueno, please transfer to one bound for Keisei Ueno at Aoto Station.

Is this the same as Keisei Access Limited Express? Also I don't have Suica or Pasmo Card. Can I buy it at Narita Airport? 1:00 is this the queue for the tickets for Keisei Access Limited Express?
Keisei Narita Sky Access and Keisei Access Limited Express are the same. Even if you don't have a suica or pasmo, you can still ride by buying a ticket. Suica sales are currently suspended at Narita Airport. The video of the queue is from the Narita Express ticket office.

You are right! You can get to Oshiage without transfer. I think what you are looking up online is the ticket for Skyliner which does not go to Oshiage Station. Sky access is the commuter train from airport. So you don't have to book a ticket online. You can buy it at the counter or vending machines.
In the case of Narita Airport Terminal 1, the train platform is Platform 1 for the Keisei Access Limited Express, and Platforms 2 and 3 for the Keisei Main Line.

Does it say A01 for all the trains on that line?

1)The suica on my phone can work in Japan as a regular physical suica card? even if my phone is foreing.
2) The best way to get direct from Narita T2 to Akasuka is via Keisei Access Express via UENO? if yes, I have the JR Pass, do I need to buy another ticket for this train?
Thank You so much for your detailed information.
Question 1=If you have Mobile Suica installed on your smartphone, I think it can be used in Japan.
Question 2 = Akasuka is Asakusa? Yokosuka? Which one?
To go from Narita Terminal 2 to Asakusa, you can use Keisei Narita Sky Access without changing trains. Depending on the time of day, you may need to change trains. However, you cannot use the JR Pass on this train. If you have Suica, you don't need to buy a ticket. The price is 1,302 yen
@@wearelostinjapan Thank You so much
@@wearelostinjapan Asakusa, wrong misspelled, sorry.
I want to go Narita T1 from Keisei-Oshiage Line (Access Express) but when I want to reserve the ticket online all is from ueno/nippori only T___T
The access express train itself is either Ueno or Nippori, so it can't be helped. From which station do you want to take the train?
Hi, I'm going to Skytree in Tokyo, what would be the best train from Narita near Skytree? Thank you
Take the Keisei Access Limited Express from Narita Airport to Oshiage. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Oshiage to Sky Tree.
@@wearelostinjapan thank you so much! This is very helpful since this is my first time travelling to japan. I did not hesitate to subscribe to your channel. Thank you again 🙏😇 Btw is this one way, no stop?
@@savedbygraceeeeeee Thank you for subscribing to my channel! I am very happy. The Keisei Access Limited Express is not non-stop. It takes about 50 minutes from Narita Airport to Oshiage and stops at several stations.
@@wearelostinjapan Oh i see, but I dont have to transfer train correct? Thanks again
@@savedbygraceeeeeee I understand your question. No need to transfer. In that case, take the train bound for Haneda Airport Terminals 1 and 2. Please note that the train bound for Ueno does not stop at Oshiage.
Are all these 3 types of Train will stop at Higashi-Nihombashi Station?
Only the Sky Access Limited Express stops at Higashi-Nipponbashi. From Narita Airport, take the train bound for Haneda Airport. Do not take the train bound for Keisei Ueno. Make no mistake!
@@wearelostinjapan Thanks...
@@wearelostinjapan Hi this video is so helpful. I need to go to Asakusa Station from Narita. I want to take the Sky Access Limited Express but scared to take the wrong train. Is it displayed where the train is going at the platform?
@@misha6059 yes. The train destination is displayed on the platform
@@wearelostinjapan I think this is a great video but one thing that is throwing me off (not necessarily your fault) is the naming. According to the Keisei website they only have 3 lines: Skyliner (blue), Access Express (Orange) and Keisei Main Line Rapid Limited Express (red?)
At 3:06 you show the blue for Skyline and Orange for Access Express signs on the wall but put up text that says "Keisei Access Limited Express" which sounds like a combo of the two.
Still a very informative video and your willingness to help confused viewers (like me) is appreciated.
May I just ask if Keisei Skyliner and Keisei Narita Skyaccess are just the Train?
The Keisei Access Limited Express is a train that you can ride with just a basic ticket. The Keisei Skyliner is a train that requires a basic ticket and a limited express ticket. See 6:11 in the video.
actually it called Sky Access with the same word as Skyliner but anyway there’s still a good video😊
Even for us Japanese people, the types of trains in Japan are confusing.
Ahhh now it's clear, so confused with this keisei guy 😂
