If only you had started the video 10-mins earlier but, probably not because of certain people who post cray comments on here, it just upsets me when I realize some of the hopper vids have to be edited because of these people's comments... Does keeping your bulk hatch open make a difference to your tonnage? We've been told they have to be kept shut unless you need them as it reduces the compaction through not shredding as much.

This one doesn’t have the option to close the bulk hatch unfortunately. But I have two roto packs that do and it definitely effects the compaction rate

Where i live in uk we got black bin for rubbish brown bin for garden and food waste blue bin for recycling and have box that fit into blue bin for glass they take glass box out gets tipped at front and blue bin go on at back i only put box in when it needs to be done plus rubbish bin is ever 2 weeks am lucky if i have 3 bags in it one week is black next week is blue and brown bin out
