    We wish you happy periodsss!!!!
    This video shows Yoga for Day 1 of Periods which would help relieve the cramps and also relieve any tension that is there in the pelvic region. It would also help to ease your back pain.

    My day 1 of periods is all set now, this is so soothing and relaxing flow. I did this flow followed by my daily sadhana and meditation and now I am all set for the rest of the day :-)

      Wonderful! It's really amazing to know you enjoyed the practice Krishma... Day 1 sorted for periods :) I personally do these on day 1 too.. I don't feel like getting out of bed on Day1.

    Today was my first day, & I felt 80% relaxed after this practice,,, earlier day 1 was like full bed rest, but today I did my other works too & first time I didn’t felt low BP,,,, thank you so much FitNclam team 🙏,,,,

    Coincidentally it is my Day 1 and am so happy to have tried this workout, coz otherwise I'm just usually lying down, doing nothing on day1. Feeling much relaxed and a few of the asanaas helped relieving my pain too. Thank you Fit n Calm!

    I had practiced the three days yoga on the three days of the periods . It felt so relaxed and I didnt feel any discomfort during my periods this time . I am going to follow this routine every month 🙂.thank you FitnCalm for such wonderful videos 🙏🙏🙏

    I woke up in the middle of the night because of the sharp pain in my abdomen as its my first day today. Feeling so so relaxed after doing this practice. Going back to sleep peacefully now. Thank you so much, you don't know how much this means to me :)

    I literally searched your channel to meet my day 1 body healing process during this moon cycle . Though some stretches sort-of intense for me but i did stay on the mat till the end with the auto gentle smile. You've nicely organized the asanas. When I was shooting it, i was feeling isn't that too much talking , may be too many variations .. Lol.. After seeing your comment I feel justified.     Wow !! I feel so relaxed and 90% pain free..
    Practicing it was not at all a burden.
    Enjoyed it thoroughly .
    Every second of practice felt so soothing and relaxing ..

    Today as it is my Day1 Im was having a lot of abdominal cramps and headache. But after the practice I feel so much more relaxed , my pain also has reduced a lot.

    First of all a huge thank you for this amazing n almoat magical video.
    I have been practicing yoga for past 4 years now but never felt so relaxed n energised after a yoga session during my periods the way i feel now
    It is the first day of my period . as usual was mentally n physically down but as i bumped into ur channel this evening and performed the entire session the pani n the discomfort in my pelvic n back area instantly vanished.
    Feeling much better.

      Hi there im so glad u replied to my comment.
      Hoestly speaking i really dont follow any youtuber or neither have i ever commented on any post before
      But somehow i actually liked ur videos n surprisingly it helped me.
      Not to forget i liked the way u host it with such poise n grace...
      Im very picky and particular about things but ur videos have really impressed me..
      I would appreciate if u could suggest a weight loss yoga specially around the stomach area, arms and armpit fats.
      I have always been a very lean person but due to this covid quarantine i hv gained a lot of weight straight from 46 kilos to 51 kilos... Though i practise yoga all through the week for mimimum 1 hr but nothing seems to work but yes it has become a part of my life, cant go a day without it
      I know it has internally strengthened but at the same time im desperate to lose weight.
      I will tune in to ur channel for progressive yoga n hope to lose weight 😄
      also, im from West Bengal

      As for weight loss it has to be a combination of yoga, proper food, right sleep as well as lifestyle. Quarantine has made a lot of impact on everyone's health . Consistency in right practice of yoga, eating well, eating more fruits and veggies, eating on time, sleeping well and for 7-8 hrs , sleeping early , meditating and keeping your mind positive will help in weight loss :) There are some yogic detox techniques too that can help you immensely with weight loss.     This same poses I do every day and it feels normal.. but with ur suggestion I started doing this on my 1st day of period and I cant tell you how intense the stretch I felt today😳 just 10 or 20 times more intense stretch from the regular days😧 today I got to know why we get cramps on our periods😐

      That is normal. Usually one side of the body is more flexible than the other. This goes for strength as well . It happens for everyone :) Most people’s one side is more dominant than the other, which can cause this. Happens for me too.

      What is your age? Height increase after a certain age doesn't work so much but for kids it can defiinitely give them a boost
