Wanna make one thing clear here...slow combat is easy if you practice but the real deal is doing jotaro du du du du and dodging all enemy's atk and parry at the same time!! Btw good gameplay

My timing is also off. I go hyper-aggressive with attacks and maybe get in fifty percent of my dodges and parries. I'm sure if I just slowed down and waited, I'd get them in more consistently, but nobody has time for that-at least not me lol.
@@mathewgagnier9432 yeah bro that was me, but i started to stop spam attack and watch the movement, my dodge percentage has been better, to the point that i almost got no hit fighting the monke boss (even though, he's the easiest boss)
@@mathewgagnier9432nah cuz same, i go ham my basic attacks, dodge when timed (mostly luck) and just rely on verina's heals to survive 😭

I like that the fight against crownless is just parrying and dodging. And its so cool to perfectly dodge every attack when it does it's tornado thingy
All bosses are literally just parrying and dodging, its just since Crownless is first boss ever he also gets easiest and slowest moveset while others have non-obvious parryable attacks and quick attacks
Love how this game rewards skill over bruteforcing (w/c is still doable), managed to take down the lvl120 spearback with lvl40 team after 23 wipes and monk girl the only one left and red hp lol
You need both skill and brute force for abyss and challenges tho cause those got time limits

are you using low-level equipment or crownless is just tough when you don't parry it?
im using 3 star gaunlet (lv40), only the turtle echo, and playing solo. If you play a team of 3 with fully equipped echos i would say hes not dat tanky :D. And parry him will make his armor break faster, yes.

@@Vipera217 aye. For the joy of fighting that's best. Fully geared at LV 60 many overworld bosses last around 6 seconds. The challenge hologram ones are proper spicy and really tanky tho'

Can someone explain..when I was fighting the mobs at one point there was this slow motion and golden glow! I have no idea why it happens..
The golden glow i guess is a way to show that when you can block enemy attack, slow motion while dodge is for cinematic and satisfying.
Isn't golden glow QTE for parry?
weakness break. it happens when you deplete an enemy poise meter, and it renders them immobile until the golden meter fully depletes

His flying phase is the most annoying thing ever, maybe its harder because I'm using a phone, idk, but its so hard to fully dodge all of it
If you cant dodge flying phase, try to use any Echo which has block attack, if you block success, you can CANCEL his flying phase, i already tried use Violet Feathered and it work perfectly.

I dodged on purpose :). Cuz i want the boss fight to feel like a "fight", not bullying. The boss get staggered and stopped it's combos string right away after a parry. Wheres the fun in that :D

Bro it's not mean want to judge, but you dodge to much.
If you care about the enemy die to fast just use low level character.
"No dmg challenge" it's not just about not taking any dmg but also know when to dodge/parry and when the best time to attack.
