What CRM software would be best if you're running a virtual assistant agency and have 10-20 employees? Is there any CRM available from which our customer support team can make and answer phone calls (the contact center feature)?

Great Q! In my experience, contact center software is different than CRMs in that CRM is all about keeping relevant customer info handy, while CCS provides communication channels. I am unaware of a software that does both. For strict CRMs, Hubspot has a good (free) product. I think Airtable is a nice alternative if you want to build your own from scratch. As for call center features, check out Five9 and RingCentral. One of my former clients was a very happy Ring Central customer.
