Today I am sharing a very healthy, nutritious and tasty preparation of CHAAT TOKRI/ KATORI CHAAT..Try this lip smacking recipe which is prepared in Airfryer..Try out this healthy preparation for snacks when you feeling hungry...
Katori chaat also known as tokri chaat is a popular chaat snack from north India. Baked baskets are topped with cooked chana, boiled potatoes, sweet and spicy chutneys, curd and a few spice powders.
NOTE:- You can prepare the tokris and store it in airtight container for atleast 15-20 days..
Stuff with ur favourite filling any have it anytime 😊
Also if you don't have availability of air fryer or oven you can deep fry these cookies in cooking oil you will get same result as it is shown..😊

Hi, please clarify whether you used Aluminum foil katori (mould) or metal sheet made katori to get shape???

Aluminium katori...it's readymade...you can easily get this from Amazon... type 'tart mould' you will get many options

What was the perfect measurement for the water to make a semi soft dough ?

You need to add water little by little untill you feel that the mixture is taking proper shape of a dough...I have added approx 1 cup of water...
