Colorado Wildfire Season Has Begun.
The Interlaken Fire was reported on June 11 at 2:01 p.m. and is currently being managed by a Type 3 Incident Management Team (IMT). The Interlaken Fire is currently 443 acres with 0% containment. It was reported today that the fire was caused by a campfire that was not properly extinguished. Video includes retardant drops from DC10's , smaller planes and helicopters. Video also includes multiple timelapses.
