Thank you for your question. It’s taking an action after your treatment based on any insights or shifts in perspectives - incorporating change into your daily life that supports your healing. We have a blog that talks about integration which you can read more about here www.resetketamine.com/blog/2023/10/16/how-ketamine-therapy-works-importance-of-integration Thanks for watching.
Ashame, I did a trial for TMS, Racemic, and Esketamine, with compulsive integrated therapy and had absolutely no benefit outside the highs themselves were an experience. I'm not sure if the Autism/ ADHD interferes with mildly different neural pathways. What next? DMT, Psilocybin, MDMA?
Esketamine is not the same as Ketamine. Look into ketamine infusions. It has strong evidence for mental health issues. May I ask what is it you are suffering with? MDMA is good for processing trauma in a safe space I've heard (if you can get in on a trial). Yes, if you are not afraid, then Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, and 5 MeO-DMT would be next, in that order.
@@mach7rs @mach7rs Sorry, but I said that I have done both racemic ketamine and Esketamine. Neither did anything, however, esketamine had the stronger dissociation at least for me. I feel there's a bit. Generalized anxiety. Social anxiety probably due to my incompetence with Asperger's. Autism burnout constant. Autism itself sucks. ME/ CFS (no longer severe), which definitely left some form of C-PTSD after being bedridden for years in sensory deprivation. Suduko thoughts 24/7 since I was 13. Anhedonia/ apathy. OCD that comes and goes in severity. I doubt I can get a hold of DMT where I am. Psilocybin trials start soon. Honestly, I don't even know if my ME could tolerate something as long and powerful as Ayahuasca.
@@mach7rs I did say, both racemic ketamine and Esketamine in my previous ketamine. A lot. Asperger's, autism burnout chronically. Gad/ social-anxiety. TRT, always thinking about "suduko". ME/ CFS which lead to C-PTSD. Pseudo-cushings. Reoccurring OCD.
@@archangelarielle262 I'm going into my 3rd session for Ketamine tomorrow and if at the end of this experience I don't feel better, I'm gonna look into LSD.
Oh I’m stoned AF! Now I can only imagine what the type of drugs century’s ago famous authors were on 😂 Glad I brought my quality Rhodia note book and fountain pen! Here I go…..
What is an integrative action?
