I updated my BIOS yesterday, and its broken my laptop booting totally, and constant rebooting [ even standby gets unbootable], HP helped me reinstall my OS [ yes, off course data recovery is our headache] , the OS got reinstalled fresh, but since its a problem with Boot, the problem has not been resolved. Since last two days, it has been an absolute nightmare, and the issue isnt yet fixed, yet, sadly.
