this will basically only work in madden ultimate team, not really franchise (only if you have abilities from playing alot of seasons), and regs. There basically isnt a defense that can stop any offense. you just need to be lucky and hope your opponent is bad.
@@WavyTheGoat-g4whonestly you can make a custom defensive playbook or use kcs defense because of dollar and 4-3, or you can use patriots playbook for 3-4

Facts offense is just so easy your going too score most of the time you just needa pray you get one stop or he has bad red zone offense because it get hard in the red zone
Just drop your outside corners to flats and safeties to deep halfs. Then you have tampa 2. (Without the hook curls, but your blitzing your lbs anyway). Seems like a lot of adjustments but its not bad once you get used to it since theres no overly hard blitz setup
I just won 6 games in a row and was playing a divisional game and winning and rage quit bc a ref called an illegal man downfield penalty ?.i love the sam will blitz play , i use it here and there as long as its working..its stops the run ...never mixed tampa 2 with it ? Thx
@Tater72 I disagree just have to find the best defense for what you opponent does. Its tough but it can be down. Once you get the limitations of formations you can start to attack.
If you’re playing against SB wing slot: pinch d line, crash them inside, stand farther back with your user, you should be able to shoot the b gap every single time with your user and get them for a loss of yards.
Going to be honest this defense can be ass in comparison to other formations Maybe it's just me but sometimes the D linemen after breaking through the a-gap just stand there frozen and don't rush the QB
@WinMadden That's probably just the whales that spend thousands on Ultimate Team and have lurker on everybody I'm referring to franchise & Regs, every few plays I'll have it to where one or more of my DT's after shedding through the a/b gap will just stand there idle at the QB looking like idiots It breaks any advantageous block shedding this alignment naturally provides and makes others such as Over G & 3-3 Odd more reliable formations to send pressure with The only way that you can consistently send pressure in Even 61 is with concepts like Sam Blitz 3 that blitz one or both of the OLBs
You gotta user that linebacker and anticipate the throw down the middle not saying guard it every time but enough times to where your opponent respects it

Fuck this game man, it’s been over an hour with no house rule win.
Dude, shade down if they are throwing 5 yard passes. Mix this in with other coverages. This is run by the top players in the world and shuts down everything. This biggest thing you may need to adjust to is: shading appropriately, usering in the weak part of the defense, and mix in coverage and the blitz.

Yep, sam will blitz it probably the "best" overall blitz in this formation. You will do very well with it!

This is so easy to beat lol , literally just send both slot and out receivers on corner routes & halfback flat .. beats it everytime ..

How do I guard the stretch of the rpo in cover 2 man? It locks down the option but the stretch is free for 40 yards

Some of it. But Tampa 2 can only be found in Patriots. You can however create a Tampa 2 with some quick adjustments
