As the Kurogane team approach the Moon, Kalo-Ran and Gu-Landon plot to brainwash Touya and Melua. However, having accepted their lives as half-human and half-Furian incited Touya to accidentally call forth Granteed with Princess Shana-Mia in tow. In a surprise encounter, Touya would recreate the original form of Granteed as it combines with the Dragon deity Baselieus robot to recreate the throne of Fury's God, Granteed Dracodeus.

Does Granteed Dracodeus have all the same special abilities from J or did they buff him?

Nope it is upgraded and even has the Larseilam ability.
