The cost of the Bernaubeu is actually 1.1B considering all the loans taken, while Camp Nou is 1.5B with higher interest rates and it do NOT consider other buildings like the HQ, offices and Basketball stadium, in fact there is a law suit about this issue against Barcelona for lying about the cost and buildings involved.
