HP printer setup seriously complicated process and not user friendly, particularly the HP smart app is not smart its too much headache, sometime it cannot search the printer even it already install in computer and doing printing. I buy one unit and I return it back. Not recommended the HP printer.

do not buy hp. they are awful printers and very unreliable
4:53 wrong step. Before you close the printer cover . please remove the brown card and close the printer cover
