Hi, thanks for showing this usecase! If you were thinking of a part 2 maybe you can show how and were it will be stored in the back-end file?

Can you elaborate on that? All of the information is stored in the Sharepoint list.

@@SolvedSystemsThanks for your reply. Yes I just found out how and were the information will be stored. I am working with flow as we speak to connect the given entry's to the database(excel) that exists on the same sharepoint. Wish me luck haha

Can the app be used by multiple users? If yes, can the data from the different users be saved onto 1 sharepoint? Can it scan data without wifi or network and sync when network becomes available?

Yes to all of those. You would need to get a collection of the items locally to check against, save the scanned into a collection, then submit when online. This could be done automatically. I haven’t done this with barcodes, but it is possible I believe.

Is there any chance you can provide how to use the barcode scanner on a list that is already populated. The barcode scan would bring up the item in edit mode?

Populate the barcode scan into a search field where the gallery is filtered by said search field.

I explain it in this video below. Alternatively you can buy the prebuilt power apps module on my website.
