She being transgender is quite irrelevant to her popularity, at least to me. She is funny, gracious and I especially love her fascinating background of being a veteran dancer. Just interesting to see someone with extraordinary body and mind.

China has "don't ask don't tell" culture. So no she didn't get popular because she was Transgender.
They don't "care" if you are transgender.

The story isn't about her being successful *because* she is transgender. The story is about how things are going in China and how successful she has become in spite of how society in the west and the east can be.

Because the less knowledgeable ones think they would run out of males/females to choose and breed with. Kinda sickening hearing all those kinds of arguments really. It's as if just about anyone has a trans switch that they can turn on and off at anytime. Despite their astounding levels of ignorance, they appear quite confident and entitled to say anything just to hate, and some speak of biology, yet can't accept the modern neuroscience and genetic research. At the very least, these people have ancient books to hold on to, when they know science is starting to explain the issue they're hating to.

But the comment section tells me that not only those activists efforts are not enough, education also has failed in western society too. • @loveandletlove8529

Being genetically male sometimes result into a fully born female or someone mostly female...many transpeople are typically caused from something similar...the tissue genders one way the shape(genitals and /or secondary sex characteristics ) an other cause while it formed there was one type of hormonal balance yet things change and continue developing an other way ...the flash always feels trapped and diformed from itself...the people who change gender for other reasons is up to them too.

"the fact remains that her gender is irrelevant to her art" she is literally giving an interview about how being transgender contextualized her experiences as an artist and the most liked comments are people thinking theyre being thoughtful and respectful to her work by denying the things that she herself is directly telling you were important in becoming the person she is? i just dont think comments like "I should go back and find my own roots as a woman" should be interpreted as "being transgender was inconsequential in the production of beautiful and meaningful things for me." like doesnt anyone find it odd that every comment seems slightly embarrassed to admit their feelings about her and has to 'de-politicize' themselves with "it has nothing to do with her being trans?" like i know people think it sounds like theyre putting themselves above a social issue so as to be respectful to trans people, but it doesnt come across that way. it doesnt make a trans girl feel better after theyve experienced hate crimes for you to smile and say "well dont worry, your work is important to me because i dont see you as a man." it makes them feel alone. because we Are treated differently. often by those very people who go online and say "i dont see gender variance i just see you as who you are." if it feels like a weird nonsensical paradox that trans people want you to both remember that theyre trans and forget that they're trans, then you secretly are in the perfect position to understand the pain and confusion and cycles of torment that trans people experience. that weird uncomfortable openness you feel when you think "what if i say something wrong... i have to be precise in my language to avoid mistakes" is like a photo negative of what it feels like to be transgender on the inside. we can feel your awkwardness and embarrassment when you talk to us, just as you can feel ours. and yet that discomfort is actually what it feels like to extend empathy towards someone who has been repeatedly harmed and then told "well you know i wouldnt do that to you because you look normal to me" feels like. especially so when they believe that you are part of the reason they have been left to feel that way. sit with that discomfort and reflect on why listening to transgender people tell their stories makes you feel strange and awkward and often hurt. it is how we feel. we are showing you that that is what our lives are like around people who refuse to untangle their discomfort with us and then go on to try to 'protect us' in an effort to avoid recognizing and questioning their uneasiness.

What makes her interesting is not only her journey, but that she is actually very conservative. She always asks single female guests why they don’t want kids or want to get married. I think the paradox is her own tough journey to become a woman made her less accepting that other women consider having children and getting married can’t be the only way of life for females.

It's like this... 'She' WANTS to be a woman... let 'her' be... It's not like you are affected in any way... it's modern times, we can all do or be what we want.. as long as it doesn't disturb other...
What's really dumb is those people who let other's own desire for their own lives, affect them... so much that they deprive themselves from their own desires, thinking they are so 'high and mighty', but in reality, these conservative people are the dumbest of fools...
Think about how long is there left for you to live, and think about how much are you going to give to yourself, your own wishes.. and that's about it!! End of the day, it's not whether 'she' can be defined as a woman or a man.. it's..that.. 'she' gets what 'she' wants to be... as a person.. in BEING who 'she' wants to be..

JIn Xing is a successful model for Transgenderism in the East, just as Christine Jorgensen and Caroline "Tula" Cossey is to the Western SRS hubris. BTW -- TH-cam carries references to Jorgensen and Cossey.

No doubt she is brave and smart. But I do believe as a successful transgender, she could have done more to educate the public about LGBT issues, in which she has almost no involvement. How can she act as an activist, but speak as a conservative? To me it is a bit hypocritical.

That is what occurs when you have a society that builds into its structure this kind of population control, there will be a whole lot of males left on their own, this will start to occur in Sweden.
This is the sign of a society in decline.
