Oh Dina! Listening to your podcast and I can totally relate to the mammogram thing. I had also lapsed ( by several years😬). My youngest daughter had too. Then several people we knew were diagnosed, early thank goodness. But that spurred me on to make appointments for both of us and we went together. All was well and we are scheduled already for our next one this summer. But I felt the same as you had, the longer I put it off, the more I didn't want to face it. I'm glad you checked out fine.
Glad you and your daughter are clear too. It's interesting how we become our worst roadblocks
@@TheKnittingPlace indeed!
Great Soldatknot. Still hoping that I still can get the kit for your Argus shawl… It’s so radiant. All my colors.
Thank you for making others aware of the importance of a mammogram. Just underwent double mastectomy so ladies don't put it off.💝💝Taking care of you!!!
Hi Dina, I really like your glasses. They look so good on you with your hair. Are they prescription? Who makes the frames? I'd love to have a pair.
Could it be time to resurrect Maroon Bells ❤ I’m sure you can find a yarn substitute. I would love to by the pattern 😃
Pam, my last name is Daly…curious about your sweatshirt? 😊
I recently ran across your channel and am loving it! You are so easy to listen to. I am wondering what the scarf with the Pom poms is on display behind you. Would love to make one!
The Betty! It’s a shop pattern! I made one it’s so fun. ❤
Yes it's The Betty Cowl. It comes in a variety of yarn gauges. A quick knit perfect for gifts.
Dina and Pam you do such a great job putting kits together. Thank you for the episode
I’m supposed to be writing a psychology essay, idk how I got here but I’m loving it 😭
Ah hahaha that! Maybe we are the distraction you needed to collect your thoughts
Thank you Dina for getting your mammogram. I am retired now, but was a mammographer for many years. Not only do you and Pam have a fabulous podcast; you are a lifesaver as well!
I bought my yarn for Tosca already, but I will be knitting along with you wen you start the Tosca KAL!❤
The Artus kits are beautiful 🤩
Oh Dina! I JUST did the exact same thing!!! Put the mammogram off for 3 1/2 years!! Was terrified to go but went last week!! Everything was fine but why did I do that!! Never again!! Thank you for sharing your experience..I was beating myself up for it. I’m very glad everything was ok and a good result for both of us😊 I love watching the podcast of you and Pam! I feel like you both are my sisters and we can relate so well. Thank you guys so much for all the information you share…real life situations and wonderful advice on knitting! We love you for it!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love that your classes/ KALs give more time. I think it's making it so enjoyable. - kimberly
Enjoyable morning knitting with you all. Thanks for a lovely morning!💗🧶💗
Loved the pressed flower cardigan and the shawl!!!!
