    Try a rosemary tea hair rinse it makes the hair so soft and shiny, my mom used also basil tea on her hair when she got some bald spots and her hair grew back quickly. But the trick is to not rinse it of with water after, just pour the tea on your head and let it air-dry.

    • @ninat1284
      @ninat1284 4 ปีที่แล้ว +29

      @Dowse No, I meant pure rosemary tea, like dried rosemary that you use for cooking or it can be fresh. You just have to boil the water first and then pour it in a cup or jar with the rosemary. Let it cool and then use the tea as a rinse, just make sure you remove the rosemary from the tea so you don't get it in your hair. I don't think you can buy basil in a tea form (tea bags), but you can just use dried basil as you would use for cooking or fresh, and you just do the same thing like with the rosemary tea rinse. I know this was a long answer, but I hope it helps!

    It's the caffeine that blocks the hair=thinning hormone. Coffee has more caffeine than tea. White, green and black tea ALL come the same plant "camellia sinensis." The difference is the amount of heat processing. Since white tea is the least processed it therefore has the most antioxidants and could be a better choice for light hair colors.

      @@katrunshila7359 you shampoo first so the tea goes to clean pores on your scalp. Then use the tea. Put a deep conditioner along with the tea and rinse them 15 or 30 minutes later with just water. At least that's how I do it and it works

    • @reaanthi9601
      @reaanthi9601 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@zanny3754 what I meant is, you shampoo, condition as usual. Rinse any products and pour the tea as the last step of "water base". Then you scrunch to get excess water out and use a deep conditioner the usual way everyone does. To fully answer your question though, my hair tends to be the driest at the roots so a little bit of deep conditioner there doesnt harm my dry scalp and roots. But you have to try things out to learn what your body likes or not. When it comes to curlies, there are no rules, we just learn to act depending on our hair's needs

    I've been keeping up with the vinegar rinse and mask but I'm finding a little diffcult to keep with the inversion. I work full time and have a five year old. So when I'm home I'm pretty busy and at the day I'm just tired

    • @OrganicallyAnna
      @OrganicallyAnna  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The inversion method is kind of a pain, haha. You definitely don't need to do it in order to participate in the growth challenge. You can always give yourself a quick scalp massage when applying your masks or even when you're washing your hair, just spend a little extra time massaging the shampoo in :)

      @Sarbottam Chowdbury...I made a mixture of black seed , fenugreek seeds, rosemary. Use any half cup of each. Grind them up, like in a coffee bean grinder. They are very hard. Boil two cups of water. Add 1 1/2 Tablespoons Tablespoons of each, to boiling water., Turn heat to low boil. Boil about 5-10 minutes. Then turn off heat. Leave the lid on and let it cool overnight. Strain and pour into glass jar. I store mine in frig. You can use a sprayer or eye dropper. You want to add to scalp. Massage gently. I did mine about 4-6 times a day. And I've definitely noticed hairs growing and they're getting darker as well. I'm getting my hairline back. It's been 2 weeks. It's on TH-cam. Called overnight growth. Btw ..I forgot to tell you to put the lid on when you boil it. You do want to strain it before use.

      Thank you! I want to make a dandruff video, but using a sulfate free shampoo can really help to prevent dryness and irritation. Also applying some oil or aloe vera to the scalp weekly as a mask can help prevent dryness. Jojoba oil is really close to our natural oils that our scalps produce so I'd start with that one. Briogeo has a really good clarifying shampoo that's scrubby, so using it once a month or so might really help to get rid of dry, dead skin and flakes :)

    Can I use Turkish Black tea ?

    • @jill3686
      @jill3686 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I believe Turkish black tea probably has more caffeine. I know their coffee does. It should work great. Just my guess. If I had it. I'd make just enough, and try it. See how I like it. Good luck

    Do you have any routines for us mom's that don't have a lot of time for a extensive routine.

    • @OrganicallyAnna
      @OrganicallyAnna  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I try to keep my weekly routine pretty simple, and any extra stuff I do I try to schedule for my wash days since I'm already dealing with it anyway. My main focus is getting a mask in 1-2 times a week, and in between washes I don't really do much. Just do what works best for you and your schedule, it definitely doesn't need to be complicated ♡

      Oh alright, is it btw possible to grow out extremely damaged hair?

    • @jill3686
      @jill3686 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OrganicallyAnna I bought some horsetail capsules on Amazon. Then found out I couldn't take them. So I put some in hot water. I opened the capsules. Dissolved the powder good. Used as a rinse. I let it sit half hour then rinsed it. I think my hair felt dry afterwards. But taking them makes your hair grow. There's another herbal thing that lowers blood pressure and controls sugar, reduces inflammation, and makes hair grow. I think it starts with B. I could be wrong. I couldn't take them either. Due to blood thinners. I hope to get off of them soon. I hope. I have to do a surgical procedure to get a Watchman put in left atrium of my heart. Wait 45 days and no more blood thinners. Yay. Can't wait to get it done. Fenugreek Seeds smell like maple syrup and they're working good for me now. I believe I used fenugreek seeds, black cumin seeds and Rosemary. Use equal parts. Grind. Boil in water. Let cool and drain. In two weeks. My hair line is coming back. Apply to scalp. Massager in. I had a laugh the other day. I had just done this to my hair. My son came down. Connected, man it smells like breakfast. Lmao😂😂😂😂 it really smells like maple syrup.
