Tropic Thunder is an interesting map for Conquest. You have to push somewhere as the map has an even amount of zones. And this map can turn into a town grind pretty quick.

Why won't you play War Thunder?
▪️ I raged at getting sniped by tanks that I could never see. Also nonsense like turning bushes off that helps you perform better. That seems like a terrible design to me. War Thunder also had drama several years ago about the CEO calling the fanbase to help strike down channels or using copyright strikes to eliminate channels entirely. That is such abuse of power and dictatorial nonsense that I refuse to play a game created by such a company.

I remember when I was using two b5 on wonsan tactical 10v10 using a AF deck on red dragons and getting a massive -1500 points from enemy transport heli with inf.

Fun town fight
I've always enjoyed most of your other series but I decided to watch a couple Wargame vids and it convinced me to FINALLY play the game I bought like 6 years ago in a steam sale. Only problem is I am TERRIBLE. Trying to watch more of your videos and read some newbie guides but after 13 hours I'm still not sure I could hold my own vs "medium" AI! Oh well, at least now I can almost follow your gameplay. Love when you get a chance to narrate a game you or someone else played.
Try playing in 10v10 tactical servers. Its a good place to learn since you have to micro less units and player skill also varies a lot, with both noobs and experienced players on the same team.

Welcome to Wargame! It's a game with an extremely steep learning curve.
Fighting AI is a decent way to figure out what units do what, but it won't teach you strategy. Like someone else commented: join a 10v10 tactical server. This way you can see how other players play and focus on just managing a few units of your own.
Yes but in retrospect my guides for Wargame really aren't very good. Playing Ranked has taught me to look at the game in a different way.
@@Stealth17Gaming that is true but they show you the basics how to make a deck reading the map etc.
so, is the dutch inf decent compared to same tier euro units? or is the game balanced in such a way that within the same tier, what assault rifle a unit has does not change much. IE FAL vs. Famas?
imo, every infantry within the training bracket (regular vs regular, shock vs shock, etc) is the same except when napalm launcher, grenade launcher, and/or direct impact from AT was added into the mix.
Because I've seen some cases where Li-Jian '90 was butchered by Deckungsgruppe or Stormgenior stacks.
At the end of the day, what really kills infantry units are the fire support.
Also, their transports.
