Yeah, you want more reduced stealth detection via cp, as well as faster harvesting to really be able to harvest without being bothered. Some other subtleties as well.

If not, it would be worth mentioning that Wood Elf passive has the same stealth detection reduction of 3 meters, in addition to a 5% movement speed increase.

Nah, it’s confusing and not explained in game… It has to do with the Major/Minor buff system. So a named buff like a major expedition doesn’t stack with multiple instances of the buff. So we get that buff from Race Against Time, and the minor buff from jailbreak. Turns out the minor version of expedition is harder to find, which is weird. But we get both on this build, just in different places.
Because this same TH-camr gather build that they all use already gets major expedition from some other skill i.e.channeled acceleration in psijic or twisting path for nightblade. They get minor acceleration from the sets so they stack
@@TrueWordsOfEternity sure man, that’s a viable way, and nothing wrong with it. Generally though if you can replace a 5 piece set with one skill, that’s a much better thing to do.
This is amazing, I love gathering but haaaate having to deal with trash mobs. Even on my templar it was easy to skip like 90% of the trash I ran by (when I actually remembered to be stealthed that is... lol oops). Thanks for the build :)
Have you tested the weapon on pts? Or tested nightblade changes? I would but I’m not on pc (I’m ps5). What is your opinion on it? Destruction staff might be under performing . Bow and 2h Mel weapon got good change.
Hey Adolfo! The nightblade changes are nice. I still think they should be able to do more damage based on the difficulty of their rotation, but I don’t think ZOS is ever going to change that. As for the weapons, I think a fair amount of testing is going to be needed here, but I agree with your assessment. Unfortunately all of those things are really going to require testing. My plan is to wait until live or close to live and then do a video explaining all weapon options outside of a class context. I think the destro staff changes could have some unintended consequences with dks for example but I do think it interesting that you might want to front bar a lightning staff on some classes now, such as an Arcanist, but again, will need some testing. Bow seems like too much to me tbh and is just kind of weird. I Mt almost feels like they want to create bow hype and I’m concerned once they do, that they will walk back all the changes.
@@Nightharrow I agree with everything you said. Feel all these changes is to benefit the new class and probably nerf HA builds for profit. Nightblade does need adjustments on class skills to do more damage like swollow and sap essence. Maybe add major sorcery & brutality for having siphoning strike or sap essence for being slotted for both bars. Give more stam options . Twisting path and swollow could be like beam on the new class use the highest resource. Cripple could use the lowest resource on both morphs.
Also, I don't really stealth, I sprint everywhere. I don't mind fighting mobs because I get a lot of leather and other stuff from them. This reminds me of something that also isn't really explained. What is the speed modifier of holding down the sprint button compared to normal running or mounted? In my eyes, I never run out of stamina from sprinting for the same reason that you don't mount. Everything is so close together.
Okay now I think I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Without trying to intentionally reach 200% I think I have my speed up to 180%. Is sprinting bonus added on before or after the 200% cap? When I sprint, am I going 220% or just 200%? Gosh if I can just do a few things in here to get me all the way to 200% and I don't have to worry about holding the sprint button anymore, that will be awesome
@@Nightharrow well darn it, I love the stealth but always thought it was so much slower. I understand how to get vampire but how difficult is it to maintain that level one for that sneak trick? I have never played vampire before so I don't really know how it works. I'm very intrigued by the ability to sneak around at 200% all the time :-)

I quit the game because of gathering , when u go to gather there are bots beating you to it, When I go to FFXIV I see bots but guess what the nodes dont dissappear

There is also a slottable in red cp tree (Celerity) that increases your movement speed by 10%. Really nice if you're almost at the speed cap!
For sure! Only issue is it only works while in combat, and we are trying to stay out of combat with this build!
The overlap between a good thief build and a good farming build is pretty clear. Darlock brae, vampire, built for speed and stealth.

This is why I have loved getting up to high cp so I can just switch slottables out without reassigning cp.

It's also craftable so don't need to get it from dungeon so much faster to get the gear :)

Sprint is before the cap, so if you are at 200% and sprint, it won’t do anything.
Off the top of my head, I think it’s 30%. Could be wrong though. I bet it’s out there somewhere though.
