Yes, the VISA process is really complicated. Even students who study Masters and PHD here in USA have hard time finding jobs. It’s not easy to find job here, and specially if you are not in the country. You will be a liability for the company and more cost. Yes you can apply, but not sure about the compelling circumstances, you gotta talk to an attorney about it.

Yes you can but won’t help you much with work permit in USA you will wait for a decade before you get the green card wait is long ..consider O1 visa
