    Hello
    1. How long will it take to get EB2NIW green card? Is the processing of EB2 NIW is different than EB2 ?
    2. Is the priority date for EB2 NIW is different than EB2?

    Thank you for sharing this knowledge. Can F-1 student on STEM-OPT apply for EB-2 NIW and further can receive a new EAD under (C)(35) called as compelling circumstances without H1-B Visa. Can they continue renewing (C)(35) EAD if I-140 is approved and they are waiting to file for I-485.

    • @ImmigrantTalks

      Yes you can apply, but not sure about the compelling circumstances, you gotta talk to an attorney about it.

    I am MS and PhD holder from India. I have been trying for jobs in USA but the recruiters deny a job because of the visa process. Is there a solution to this ever ending problem. Does this mean phd is INdia is useless though you are talented

    • @ImmigrantTalks
      @ImmigrantTalks  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, the VISA process is really complicated. Even students who study Masters and PHD here in USA have hard time finding jobs. It’s not easy to find job here, and specially if you are not in the country.
      You will be a liability for the company and more cost.
      Saying that there is always a way, suggest O1 VISA for you, if you can prove you are a good candidate you can come here on such a visa.
